Facilities Coordinator - Hamilton

Your new role

You will be responsible for facilities tasks, including acting as the main contact for contractors and landlord representatives. Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and repair requests, ensuring high office standards and adherence to policies. Conducting regular facility and security inspections, document findings, and resolving issues. Performing back-up reception duties, handle after-hour emergencies, and scheduled maintenance. Onboard new hires, process invoices, manage the CMMS work order system, track workspace assignments, and maintain emergency and evacuation programs.


What you'll need to succeed

experience in overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems and office equipment. Post-secondary education is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.


What you'll get in return

You will receive annual compensation with a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, plus benefits and RRSP contributions.
