Job Description: Emergency Service Manager
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Position Overview: Hays are working with a leading restoration company in Toronto, and they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Service Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration, particularly in insurance restoration and moisture detection. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage emergency service operations efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all emergency service operations, ensuring timely and effective response to emergencies.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams to facilitate restoration projects.
  • Conduct moisture detection and assessment to determine the extent of damage and necessary restoration measures.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Train and supervise emergency service staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all emergency service activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in restoration and insurance restoration.
  • Expertise in moisture detection and assessment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license.


Additional Information:
  • This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • A company car or car allowance and a gas card will be provided.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available after 3 months of employment.
