Electrical Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for an electrical contracting company in Calgary. This role is pivotal in overseeing a team of field staff and Project Managers while ensuring the successful execution of existing contracts and upcoming major projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to field staff and project managers.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client contracts while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team development and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in electrical operations and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial forecasting.
