Your new role

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, you will initially support the implementation and system processes for the Finance modules in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You will act as the liaison between the business team members and the technical D365 team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. Post-Go-Live, you will continue to support the operations of D365 by eliciting, understanding, and documenting requirements (BRDs); facilitating and documenting system design and procedures; testing new and existing functionality; documenting issues; executing test cases; and preparing procedures (SOPs) and training material.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements, system design, and testing.
• Proficiency in creating SOPs and training materials.
