As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Finance to join their team and lead our financial operations.

Your new role

• Department of Development:
  Build and lead the finance department, establishing robust financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• F inancial Systems Implementation:
  Implement accounting and project management software to streamline operations and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Budgeting and Reporting:
  Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  Conduct thorough financial analysis to support project evaluations, investment opportunities, and business growth strategies.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding and manage financial relationships.
• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, train, and manage finance staff as the department grows.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in real estate development.
• Proven experience in building and leading finance teams.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
