Your new role

As Director of Accounting, you will report directly to the VP Finance and play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company's real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, overseeing real estate operations, and collaborating with external consultants on corporate tax matters. While direct management experience is preferred, my client is open to aspiring leaders ready to step into this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA designation is a must.
• Extensive experience in real estate operations.
• Knowledge of tax and limited partnership filing requirements.
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
