Our client, a recognized manufacturer is looking to hire a Digital Transformation Lead to join their team in Burlington, ON.

The Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and change management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives within an organization.

Your New Role

  • Strategy Development:
    Design and execute a digital transformation strategy that enhances operational efficiency, improves customer experience, and drives business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with various departments, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives across the organization.
  • Technology Assessment:
    Evaluate emerging digital technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Recommend solutions that enhance productivity and competitiveness.
  • Change Management:
    Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new digital processes and technologies among employees and stakeholders. Provide training and support as needed.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives, making adjustments based on insights and performance outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Communicate the vision and benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee digital transformation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices (e.g., cloud computing, AI, data analytics, automation).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks is a plus.
