• Understanding strategy and tactical marketing, strong execution skills.
• Stakeholder engagement/management, professionalism and communication skills important
• Someone that fits in the environment, can keep up with the fast-paced environment, able to pivot fast.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing budget management and ROI reporting. Need to have a strong understanding of how to distribute marketing budgets based on performance and measures to customer acquisition cost.

• Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ leading a marketing division.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets
• Able to lead marketing campaigns + work with external vendors.
• Knowledge of Residential/Commercial Rental and lease-up strategies is a must!
