Our client is a leading electronics name based in Mississauga looking to hire Digital Marketing Coordinator for a full-time permanent opportunity.


Your new role

  • Partner Program Coordination:
    • Manage, evaluate, and communicate the progress of marketing programs for gold, silver, and bronze tier partners within the Partner Programs.
    • Management of the Partner Digital Platform and utilization of available technology resources. the Market Development Fund (MDF), Awards recognition programs, and Direct Branches programs.
    • Crafting and delivering presentations tailored to both the internal team and the dealer network.
  • Partners Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the demand generation team to strategize, execute, and monitor marketing programs, ensuring effective management and support of customer-centric marketing initiatives.
  • Project and Budget Management: Employ available platforms for comprehensive project management and oversee the financial aspects of assigned projects.
  • Reporting: Generate in-depth reports detailing outcomes for technology partners, demand generation team and other analysis for direct subsidiary business for management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with specialized teams in digital, content, events, and external agencies for seamless execution.
  • Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to actively collect and analyze feedback from the dealer community, using these insights to refine program offerings.
  • As part of the marketing team, work cross-functionally between the Channel and Field team, and the Communications and Brand team to support video and content development.
  • Support the Marketing team with events including pre and post event communications, content development, and overall event organization.
  • Gather feedback from Direct Branch locations, understanding product and solutions fit, customer feedback on feature benefits, and on-going feedback loop between field, and product management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 2-3 years' background in digital marketing, B2C, B2B preferred on tech sectors.

  • Campaign Management: Demonstrated track record in strategizing, overseeing, and delivering successful marketing initiatives.

  • Dynamic and Inventive: Exhibits a dynamic approach, creativity, and strong organizational skills in collaborating with diverse teams.

  • Autonomous Professional: Independent and proactive in handling various projects, requiring little to no guidance.

  • Performance in Fast-Paced Environments: Skilled at managing concurrent projects, meeting stringent deadlines, and adapting to unforeseen challenges.

  • Prior experience, or knowledge with web-based platform, Impartner in particular, others.

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Confident to develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing and/or related field.

  • Developed written and oral communication skills.

  • Customer Service or sales experience.

  • Bilingual-French preferred.
