• Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, inventory management, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for Canada, the US, and the UK.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CGA is a MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Controller or 3-5 years as Accounting Manager.
• Sage software is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with account reconciliations for Canada, US, and UK.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
