We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, particularly in sourcing and procurement, and extensive experience in contract management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

Your new role

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other third parties.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Manage the contract life-cycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide contract-related guidance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents and correspondence.
• Resolve any contractual disputes in a timely and effective manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in contract management.
• Law degree is preferred.
• Strong background in sourcing and procurement.
• Excellent understanding of contract law and regulations.
• Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
