  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools and BIM processes.

  • In-depth knowledge of the British Columbia Building Code (BCBC) and local municipal requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and producing technical reports.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving site issues.
  • Experience working with large developers or on high-density urban projects.
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices, LEED standards, and energy codes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creating high-quality, community-focused developments.

What you'll get in return

  • Work on high-profile residential and mixed-use projects across British Columbia.
  • Be part of a supportive and innovative team environment.
  • Competitive salary with additional overtime pay.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, and paid time off.
  • Professional development opportunities and a chance to advance your career in a growing firm.
