Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated ICI Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project management, from client relations and planning to quality control and contract administration.

You'll need to be a proactive problem-solver who can lead by example, educate, coach, develop and direct workers with specific, timely instructions and feedback. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all work has been performed according to the job specifications and any subsequent changes which have been approved.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of five years of work experience as a Project Manager in the ICI sector, ideally with Condominium experience, with projects ranging from 300K - $30 million, as well as demonstrable in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHSA regulations. You'll also need strong interpersonal and technical skills with a focus on teamwork, a driver’s license with a clean abstract, and a clear criminal record. WHMIS 2015 certification, Working at Heights certification, Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness are also required.
