Your new role

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the construction activities of the Windfall project infrastructure. Manages the human, material, and financial resources of their unit in accordance with the company's orientations, policies, standards, and regulations. Actively participates in the strategic evolution of the company.

What you'll need to succeed

• Act as the company's representative.
• Actively participate in the required studies for the design and realization of the Windfall project (economic evaluation, prefeasibility study, feasibility study, etc.).
• Plan, organize, and direct activities related to the execution of all construction work at the Windfall project site, in accordance with the planned objectives and business plan.
• Establish the objectives and budgets of their unit.
• Develop execution schedules, monitor work progress, and write reports.
• Participate in the development of their unit's procedures and standards and ensure their proper application by the teams under their responsibility.
• Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary teams overseeing civil engineering, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work to achieve the objectives while respecting the planned schedules and budget.
