Hays is looking for a qualified Condominium Property Manager

About the Role:

Our client, a reputable organization in the Ottawa area, is seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple condominium properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain condominium properties to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:

  • Must hold a General Licence with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
  • Proven experience in condominium property management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between
    $110,000 to $120,000.
  • Option to go incorporated and generate uncapped revenue
