Hays Recruitment has partnered with our client in Calgary, who are presently seeking a Condominium Manager to join the growing team in Calgary properties.

Your new role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Condominium Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our condominium properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to residents.
  • Oversee daily operations of the condominium property
  • Manage maintenance and repair activities
  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Organize and attend board meetings
  • Maintain records of finances, contracts, and maintenance activities
  • Supervise on-site staff and contractors
  • Implement and enforce condominium policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Develop and execute maintenance plans
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, property management, or a related field
  • RECA Licensed as a Condominium Manager
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
