• Generate invoices and ensure accurate, timely billings for services rendered or products sold
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies regarding payment issues
• Upload invoices to customer portals
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and payments received from clients

What you'll need to succeed

• Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration required
• 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Ability to manage the full AR cycle with full ownership of the role
• Computer Literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Customer Service and Client Communication is required
• Ability to problem solve and deal with issues in a timely manner
• Strong analytical skills
• High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Team oriented – ability to work well with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have experience with Quickbooks
