Hays Recruitment has partnered with an established company based in Toronto. We are currently seeking a dynamic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis until the end of December 2025. This candidate will be working on a remote basis, however may be required to attend in-person job fairs and other hiring events.

Your new role

• Full-cycle recruitment and handling various requisitions across Quebec
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday (ATS) to source and attract candidates.
• Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers (HM) and HR to review job statuses and recruitment strategies.
• Strategically headhunt for niche roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool.
• Participate in presentations and strategy meetings to enhance recruitment processes.
• Post job openings and attend hiring events to attract potential candidates.
• Perform additional recruitment duties as needed to support the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition experience is required
• Previous healthcare experience would be a strong asset
• Previous experience working in a staffing agency environment would be considered a strong asset
• Must be bilingual in English and French.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Workday is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies and tools.
