Take charge of overseeing the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant management of tailings storage facilities (TSF) and water management systems within a mining operation. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all activities adhere to stringent engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols, safeguarding both the environment and the workforce.

By efficiently managing and allocating resources, you will drive optimal project execution, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and effectively. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction strategies that align with and meet the project's ambitious goals and objectives.

Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication among the engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring seamless integration and teamwork. Additionally, you will define scope requirements for functional teams, meticulously ensuring that all areas of scope, cost, and schedule are thoroughly addressed.
