Our client’s is a notable architectural firm based in Toronto. Their portfolio spans diverse market sectors, including institutional, cultural, hospitality, and healthcare. They provide architectural, planning and interior services to clients in both the private and public sectors. They are currently looking for an experienced Architect with at least 7 years of experience to join their team based in downtown Toronto.

Our client is seeking a full-time Architect to join their team to work on a varied pipeline of projects. Reporting directly into the Project Manager, you will work alongside a large team, assembling construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration. You will prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration, and authority submissions for diverse projects, all under the supervision of Project Leads.

As an Architect with the firm, you will need to have an educational background in architecture with 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Revit is a requirement. Prior experience producing contract documents in Revit, as well as experience with commercial, institutional and healthcare projects is preferred.

The compensation package is commensurate with experience but includes a competitive salary, commensurate with experience between $80k-$120k + discretionary bonus, 3 weeks' of vacation, extended health and dental benefits, and assistance with association dues/tuition reimbursement.
