This mid-sized firm has been established in Vancouver for 40 years now. Located in Yaletown, the firm designs and produces a variety of building types ranging from large iconic projects to schools, hospitality, retail, and high density residential / mixed use developments, and other projects of all sizes.

You will be working among some of Vancouver’s best, working on some of the most prominent projects in Vancouver. You will be part of a creative team environment, and be involved with an exciting range of projects, primarily on High Rise projects. The successful applicant will be able to grow and develop into the company.

The successful candidate will be in possession of an architectural degree or related architectural degree, with at least 7–10 years of local experience. You will have proficient English skills, and be familiar with BCBC and local construction practices. A strong technical inclination and building science experience tempered with design sensitivity is an asset. Experience in energy efficient design will be useful.

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft platform software skills are required. You have good design and problem-solving skills and experience with High Rise design. Have the ability to work collaboratively with other project team members. Knowledge of sustainable building design.
