Manage and execute day-to-day Workday administrative and support activities.

Specialize in at least two Workday functional areas: Core HCM (and Onboarding), Recruiting, Compensation, Integration.

Independently manage medium to moderately complex projects and lead work groups or project teams.

Develop and document software changes based on design and performance requirements.

Adhere to defined processes.

Provide functional support and execute common daily activities within assigned Workday functional areas.

Monitor Business Process Transactions and respond to process issues.

Support testing of new features or updates; prepare sample data, unit test plans, develop and execute unit and integration tests as per the project plan. Troubleshoot and correct bugs or issues.

Manage and launch one-time events throughout the year.

Tier 2: Support employees, managers, HR, and candidates with access, setup, and process issues.

Identify, prioritize, and plan enhancement requests for Core HCM modules.

Support maintenance activities, including updating Tier 0 content and maintaining system documentation.

Develop new configurations, validate new configuration design, execute configuration changes, and perform ongoing maintenance.

Support mass data load requests with EIB templates and resolve minor data issues as required.

Enable continuous improvements and solutions for issues relevant to the supported Workday Functional Areas.

Provide estimates of work effort and proactively suggest improvements to proposed solutions.

Assist in setting up and executing demonstrations as required.

Align all work efforts with the project schedule/work plan.
