Your new role

As a Workday Integrations Developer within the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for managing integration defects, analyzing and implementing changes, and enhancing Workday integrations. You will work independently on medium to moderately complex projects, potentially leading work groups or project teams. Your role will involve developing and documenting software changes based on defined design and performance requirements, and adhering to established processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience with Workday integration technologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday integration cloud, web services, XML/JSON processing, integration security protocols, and data validation techniques.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of API-based integration methodologies, HR data flows, and HR core concepts.
• Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Certification in Workday integrations and experience with SAP systems.
