Administrative Assistant | Downtown Montreal

Hays is proud to partner once again with this established real estate property manager, specializing in office spaces. Together, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant that will support the real estate team.


Your new role

  • Database management;
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors;
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars;
  • Scheduling and coordinating staff and other meetings;
  • Collecting and distributing mail;
  • Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical;
  • Managing invoices, purchases ordered, and maintaining accounting records;

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least three (3) years in an administrative position;

  • Ability to effectively communicate in French & English;

  • Strong organizational skills and computer literacy;

  • Proactive and ability to multitask.


What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary ($50,000 - $55,000) based on experience;
