Your new role

• Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Managing purchase orders.
• General ledger postings.
• Respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on issuance of cheques.
• Creation and sending of necessary reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Completed college degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years related experience in a pertinent role
• Bilingualism
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, etc.)
• Knowledge of a major ERP platform is considered an asset
