Your new role

As a Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations within the Quebec region. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, presenting reports to management, implementing cost-control measures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also manage and mentor the finance team, coordinate with other departments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proven experience in managing a team and demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
