We are seeking an experienced professional to support Indigenous engagement for projects and operations. This role involves fostering relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to project and corporate goals. This is a full-time position working on a hybrid basis in Calgary.

Your new role

- Supporting Indigenous engagement strategies and programs.
- Preparing contributions for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborating with internal teams and Indigenous groups to address concerns and implement initiatives.
- Monitoring and addressing emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of engagement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

- Relevant experience in Indigenous Relations or related fields (usually obtained over 5+ years of relevant experience)

- Knowledge of regulatory processes and consultation guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
