Superintendent opportunity offering stability and continuity of work local to the Fraser Valley.

Your new company

Our client is an established real estate Developer/Builder that is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. They have been actively involved in developing and building a variety of homes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley over the last 20+ years. The company has a considerable pipeline of multifamily projects across the Fraser Valley region.

Your new role

We require an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a new-build woodframe townhome project located in Abbotsford. You will ensure the success of the project through meticulous management accomplishing excellence in execution of scope, schedule, and quality. You will work with high-quality trades that are handpicked for their ability to perform. The position will afford the opportunity to work on projects in the Fraser Valley on an ongoing basis, so it would be well suited to someone that resides in the region.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you must be a proactive individual with excellent communication and a high level of initiative. Candidates for consideration must have extensive industry experience and knowledge of wood frame multifamily construction. The ideal candidate is a team player with a relevant history of successfully completed projects of this nature. Candidates from either a Developer/Builder or General Contractor background will be considered.
