Your new role

In this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Supervisor & Operations Manager. Each portfolio will have two operators. You will be working with them and be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of one of two portfolios. The ideal candidate will have worked in a maintenance or building operations role on commercial or retail properties. You will take a customer service approach to tenant communication.

Portfolio 1: Surrey, Delta, Langley.
Portfolio 2: New West, Burnaby, North Van, Vancouver, Richmond.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working in a maintenance technician / building operator role on commercial properties.
Experience being tenant-facing.
Knowledge & experience of Building Systems.
Must be available for on-call rotation.
Valid BCDL and personal vehicle.
