Your new role
As a Senior Architect, you will:
- Lead the development of comprehensive designs and detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation, considering the design intent, site considerations, and operational requirements of our physical spaces.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning, ensuring designs comply with applicable building codes and accessibility standards.
- Support the adaptation of design elements to align with site conditions, ensuring the original design intent, functionality, and project objectives are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to integrate creative and technical aspects seamlessly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive as a Senior Architect, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience in architectural design and construction, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
