• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure specifications meet project requirements.
• Utilize CloudSpec or SpecLink software to enhance specification accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and specifications across retail, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Update and manage master specifications to reflect current industry standards and practices.

What you'll need to succeed

- 6+ years of experience in a Specification Writer role.

- Ability to work primarily from book specs, but knowledge of drawing specs is required.
- Experience with CloudSpec or SpecLink is an asset.
- Product and spec knowledge of products within retial, commercial, residential, and industrial areas is required.
- Experience with updating master specs.
