Our client is a fully integrated Real Estate Development Company primarily focused on the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Their development and construction portfolios are diverse and consist of mixed-used multifamily and commercial construction, as well as non-market and purpose-built rental housing.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Property Management, the Property Administrator assists the Property and/or Leasing Manager(s) in the day-to-day operations, leasing, tenant renewals, maintenance and repair coordination, communications and overall management of the properties and tenants, the ability to work under pressure while delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

The perfect candidate for the Property Administrator role should possess 1–2 years of experience in property management and/or the real estate industry. They should demonstrate a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, they should exhibit maturity, proactivity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As part of the package, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience).
