Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholder teams to ensure applications meet standards and controls. You will ensure all applications are compliant with ongoing audits and protected against future audits. Your role will involve completing various assessments and triage related to technology, including Cloud Assessment, Privacy Impact Assessment, Data Assessment, Architecture Reviews, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Banking domain knowledge, preferably with big Canadian banks
• Strong skills in business analysis and documentation, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in process mapping and gap analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with business and IT teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Experience in project coordination, partnering with PMs to define scope, objectives, and track progress.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Power BI, or other BA tools.
