Your new role
As the Facilities Administrator, you will be reporting to the Manager of Administration. You will be joining an existing team of Facilities Administrators. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team for P3 facilities. Responsibilities will include:
  • Support the facilities management team by drafting correspondence and reports as well as ensuring filing is maintained and managed.
  • Develop and maintain manuals, operational plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in managing subcontractors.
  • Coordinate, organize, and attend meetings as well as provide meeting minutes.
  • Manage office supplies & inventory, distributing mail & packages, placing orders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison for the company over phone and email.
  • Track estimates for project management: minor works, capital projects.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a Facilities Administrator role or administrative experience, ideally with a Facilities Management company.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • MS Excel skills.
