Your New Company
This role is with a leading technology consulting firm that specializes in delivering innovative solutions to major clients across various sectors, including the public sector. The company is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business transformation and excellence.


Your New Role
As a SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for a major public sector client. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding business needs, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring successful deployment. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Payroll to ensure seamless system adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and best practices.
  • Expertise and Training: Provide expertise on system functionality, integrations, and industry best practices. Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system adoption.
  • Testing and Support: Support testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Staying Updated: Stay up to date with SuccessFactors releases and recommend enhancements.


What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
  • Implementation Experience: Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding (preferred).
