Area Manager - Paste & Filter Plants

Your new role

Oversee the operations and management of paste and filter plants within the mining sector. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Manage and allocate resources efficiently for optimal project execution. Develop and implement engineering, procurement and construction strategies to meet project goals and objectives. Foster collaboration and effective communication among engineering, procurement and construction teams. Define scope requirements for functional teams to ensure that all areas of scope, cost and schedule are adequately addressed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in construction and project management·
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and guide engineering, procurement and construction teams
  • Collaborative skills to work with functions and other areas in scope delivery·
  • Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and evaluations
