Hays is currently partnering with a development/ construction company specialized in high rise construction.
We are currently hiring a Project Manager located in KWC region who has got experience with high rise residential/ mix-use construction.

Our client is located in KWC region, with a head office in London, ON.
Compensation is $120K to $140K based on experience + bonus plus car allowance, 3/4 weeks' vacation time and benefits.

Job responsibilities and requirements:

• Approximately 7/10 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on high-rise residential or mixed use development.
• Manage the projects from the initial pre-construction phase through to completion.
• Coordinate with trade contractors and other parties involved throughout the construction phase.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, lead meetings with concerned parties, prepare scopes of work, review design process, building codes, safety regulations and negotiate with trade contractors and service providers.
• Maintain and update project logs, schedules, budgets etc.
• Knowledge of Primevera, Procore, and Xactimate construction software is a plus.
