We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer with over 12 years of substantial experience in Commercial Litigation to join our client’s litigation team as a Partner.

The lawyer hired for this position will be involved in significant, complex, and sizeable commercial representations across a broad range of industry interests. Candidates should have solid experience in contract disputes, franchising disputes, debt collection, shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, etc. The team you will be joining has extensive experience across all court and tribunal levels, up to the Supreme Court of Canada. A lawyer in this position is proactive, possesses strong legal and business acumen, and is capable of effectively resolving commercial issues for clients.
