As Project Manager, you strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to design intent, and successful delivery within an established scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands a blend of design and construction knowledge, along with project and financial management skills, and leadership abilities to navigate complex project dynamics. You will lead projects to successful execution while meeting client expectations, leveraging your expertise to maintain a collaborative project environment and guide the team through challenges to achieve project objectives with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Client management experience is preferred as business development will be a part of this role.

A competitive compensation package with a base between $100k-$120k, negotiable based upon experience, bonus, RRSP, 4 weeks' of vacation, hybrid work, and extended health and dental benefits.
