Interior Design Project Manager - $110k-$130k - Hybrid - Toronto

Your new role
As Project Manager, you strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to design intent, and successful delivery within an established scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands a blend of design and construction knowledge, along with project and financial management skills, and leadership abilities to navigate complex project dynamics. Lead projects to successful execution while meeting client expectations, leveraging your expertise to maintain a collaborative project environment and guide the team through challenges to achieve project objectives with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Bachelor's/Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Interior Design, and at least 8+ years of interior design and project management experience seeing projects through from inception to completion. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and MS Office Suite and the ability to review/amend drawings for quality is required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills are important, as well as prior experience leading and mentoring a team. You must be ok to work in office 100% for the first 8 weeks of employment, with the ability to work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in our studio after that.
