Your new role

As a SAP HR and Payroll Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll to enhance and maintain payroll systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and optimizing payroll processes. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work flexibly while contributing to significant projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a proven track record in full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, including wage types, schemas, and rules.
• Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance to manage sensitive payroll data.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
