Your new company

You will be joining a joint-venture company owned by a leading Property Developer and leading Financial Insurance company. A highly reputable Real Estate and Property Management company, formed in 1968 in Hamilton and has grown to own and manage commercial properties in Calgary and Toronto.

Your new role

You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a building complex. Handling routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment such as HVAC systems, elevators, and fire alarms. Additionally, optimize energy usage, ensure safety compliance, and manage emergency responses. Maintain records, interact with tenants, and oversee construction projects.
