Hiring a Leasing & Marketing Administrator in Ottawa

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing & Marketing Administrator to join our growing team in Ottawa. This role will provide essential support to our leasing and marketing departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Leasing Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including property brochures, presentations, and online listings.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on comparable properties and market trends.
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and commissions.
  • Assist with the preparation of lease proposals and amendments.

Marketing Support:

  • Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to generate leads.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain the company website and ensure it is up-to-date and informative.

Administrative Support:

  • Answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with a real estate brokerage or property management company is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Experience with social media marketing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
