Your new role

Do you excel at developing and executing strategic sales plans? You’ll be driving targeted sales initiatives to boost our market presence.
Are you passionate about identifying new opportunities and transitioning customers to innovative solutions? You’ll be at the forefront of business development and customer engagement.
Can you seamlessly bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales to drive business growth? You’ll act as a crucial link, ensuring our products meet market needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans.
  • Business Development for growing business within assigned industry and product focus.
  • Actively transition customers from competitive products to our products
  • Identify and develop new customers and opportunities within the oil industry.
  • Establish and expand our presence on AMLs with key customers and prospects.
  • Technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs.
  • Monitor and manage the health of the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust flow of opportunities and consistent progress toward closing deals.
  • Drive strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Sales channel development activities aimed at targeting applications
  • Joint field calls with specific visit objectives and follow-up plans.
  • Formal and informal training and development of key sales channel personnel regarding product, application and process for target applications.
  • Develop adoption strategies with key sales channel partners for key regional accounts.
  • Target specific technology or process influences, facilitate return on investment justification efforts on behalf of customers and lead/co-lead business development objectives for product, service and solutions sales.
  • Educate and train customers and sales channels on instrumentation best practices.
