Position Overview

We are currently seeking a lawyer with a strong interest in real estate law. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs, the lawyer will be responsible for managing significant litigation files and regularly appearing before various judicial and administrative bodies in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee significant litigation files.
Represent the company in various judicial and administrative bodies.
Provide legal advice on real estate matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues.

Desired Candidate

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law and a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
Possess between seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in commercial litigation, with experience in real estate being an asset;
Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
