What you'll need to succeed

• A Professionally designated accountant or close to designation
• Strong accounting technical skills and thorough understanding of IFRS
• Good understanding of ASPE accounting pronouncements will be an asset.
• Minimum of 2–5 years accounting experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of processes and systems
• Must be a team player and willing to do all tasks, large or small.
• Strong analytical skills to drive improved results
• Fast learner and enjoy working under pressure
• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and the ability to identify issues and interpret and apply accounting policies
• Good communication skills at various levels within the organization
• Good standard of performance
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, in-depth knowledge of Excel
• An effective approach to integrating technology in day-to-day accounting functions
• Previous Public Private Partnerships experience would be an asset.

What you'll get in return

Salary range 60,000-75,000 depending on experience level, hybrid working model based in Downtown Vancouver, 3 weeks of Vacation, benefits and much more!
