Your new role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director. You will be leading a team of 4 on capital and minor works projects through their project lifecycle. You will be the main point of contact for trades and contractors and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have project management experience within a building services or facilities environment or have experience managing capital projects. You will have managed projects from permitting to completion. Preference will be given to those who have exposure to a P3 environment. Responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare, review, and control project documentation ie. tender documents, budgets, estimates, schedules, RFIs, invoices, change orders, contracts.
  • Maintain safe work practices and comply with health and safety standards.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure the project is progressing according to the construction schedule while staying within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within a building service, facilities management or P3 environment.
  • Project Management experience working in an operations / facilities / building services environment.
  • Trade Certifications, PMP, CEM, and Canadian Healthcare Construction Certificate are assets.
