Hays Recruitment has partnered with our client in Edmonton who are actively seeking a Multi Site Property Manager to join their growing team.

Your new role

The Multi-Site Manager will oversee the Edmonton residential rental portfolio, ensuring all properties meet the companies companies' standards in leasing, maintenance, and daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences while optimizing operational efficiency.

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that tenant inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
· Ensure standard aspects of the lease agreement are enforced such as rental payments, community rules, insurance submissions, etc.
· Optimize revenue management with expense control to ensure positive NOI.
· Oversee daily maintenance operations and vendor coordination.
· Ensure work orders are scheduled and preventative maintenance
· Oversee Leasing process to ensure high lease-up and resident retention.
· Supervise team on lease-ups and lease as needed.
· Maintain unit rental listings and identify leasing opportunities to generate traffic.
· Perform market surveys.
· Oversee all aspects of the lease renewal process.

What you'll need to succeed

at-least 2 years experience within Residential Property Management, be RECA licensed as a Property Manager , have a active drivers license and have your own vehicle for travelling around Edmonton.
