Our client is a well-established manufacturer and has a job open for Customer Order Processing Rep – Order to Cash Rep / Customer Service Rep to manage their order entry based out of their manufacturing plant in Kitchener- Cambridge-Guelph area. This is a manufacturing site and will require 5 days’ work on-site.

Customer Order Processing Rep – Order to Cash Rep / Customer Service Rep will be the first point of contact to receive orders, calculate order specifications, create and manage codes, Bills of Materials and prepare formula blend sheets for production batches. You will check existing inventory and stock levels for raw materials, work with production Planner to ensure the production schedule can receive the order to ensure on-time delivery. You will assist in creating paperwork for shipping, shipping documentation, customs paperwork, review orders for accurate pricing.

Customer Service Rep will be responsible for order entry through correcting shipping paperwork, work with carriers to ensure all documentation will have a minimum of 2–3 years in manufacturing, ideally in metals. Knowledge of order entry BOM Bill of Material, shipping dispatch is a MUST. Excellent communication skills in English, strong skills in MS Excel. Degree highly preferred. Courses in Supply Chain are highly preferred
