Our client’s is a notable Canadian architectural firm based in Vaughan, Ontario. Their portfolio spans diverse market sectors, including commercial, residential & retail projects. They provide architectural, planning, and interior design services to clients in both the private and public sectors. They are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist/Team Lead with at least 7 years of experience to join their team based in Vaughan, Ontario.

Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Technologist/Team Lead to join their team to work on a varied pipeline of projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work alongside a large team, assembling construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration. You will prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration, and authority submissions for diverse projects, all under the supervision of Project Leads.

As a Senior Technologist/Team Lead, you will need to have an educational background in architecture with 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Revit is a requirement. Prior experience producing contract documents in Revit, as well as experience with commercial and residential projects is preferred.

The compensation package is commensurate with experience but includes a competitive salary, commensurate with experience between $90k-$120k + discretionary bonus, 3 weeks' of vacation, extended health and dental benefits, assistance with association dues/tuition reimbursement, and a hybrid work environment.
